ACE is the industry leader in the development and manufacture of state-of-the-art bleed air heaters and vapor-cycle air conditioners for turbine helicopters and fixed-wing applications. An AS9100 registered supplier of environmental controls for some of the largest aircraft manufacturers in the world, ACE designs and produces products with some of the industry’s shortest lead times, lowest failure rates and longest lifespans.
Technologies
Mezzo manufactures heat exchangers for the aerospace, military, automotive racing, and energy/power sectors. By using microtube technology instead of vents, Mezzo offers greater cooling efficiency at just half the weight of other heat exchangers on the market, with minimal fouling due to dust, particles, and other environmental conditions. Mezzo’s heat exchangers for aerospace include bleed air coolers, oil coolers, intercoolers, environmental control heat exchangers, liquid-liquid heat exchangers, light weight radiators, and more. Mezzo also delivers heat exchangers for CO 2 (SCO 2) power plants and high-performance racing automobiles. The technology continues to find new ways to serve additional emerging markets.
