Signia Aerospace has completed the acquisition of the Goodrich Hoist & Winch business, an industry leader in the design and manufacture of helicopter rescue hoists.

Signia Aerospace has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Goodrich Hoist & Winch business (the “Company") of Collins Aerospace, an RTX Corporation business.
