Norman D. Jordan
Norm has served in leadership positions across the aerospace industry, both domestically and internationally, for nearly 40 years. Prior to Signia, Norm served as the CEO of Safran Cabin from Apr 2018 through Nov 2021. This was Norm’s second tenure with Safran, having previously served as CEO of Safran’s Labinal S.A. division from 2006 – 2010. Prior to Safran, Norm served as CEO of Zodiac Cabin (Jan 2017 – Apr 2018), President of Triumph Aerostructures Vought Aircraft Division and President of Triumph Aerostructures – Marshall Street Facility (2013 – 2016), and CEO of Hampson Industries, plc from 2010 – 2012. Norm also served in various leadership positions with B/E Aerospace Seating Products Group, Fairchild Controls, and Allied Signal Aerospace. Norm received his BS in Business Administration from Arizona State University in 1982.

Kevin Zimmerman
Kevin has an extensive financial background in both industry and investment banking. Prior to Signia, Kevin served as CFO of GWS Tool Group (L Squared Capital portfolio company), from Dec 2019 – Feb 2022, leading the acquisition and integration of eight acquisitions, and the successful sale of GWS to Sandvik Group in Dec 2021. Prior to GWS, Kevin served as CFO of Coastal Credit LLC, a Parthenon Capital portfolio company. Prior to his CFO experience, Kevin was an investment banker at Moelis & Company (2012 – 2017) and Lehman Brothers / Barclays Capital (2008 – 2012). Kevin received his MBA with Honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business (2008) and his BS in Business Administration from Indiana University (2002).

Alan Hubbard
Alan joined Signia Aerospace as Chief Human Resources Officer in 2022 and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s HR function, including establishing the people strategy, directing key operational and compliance efforts and for overseeing the company’s mission of becoming an employer of choice. Alan is a well-rounded and seasoned human resources executive who brings over 30 years of leadership to his current role. Alan’s prior work experience includes leadership roles at American Express, Cadbury Schweppes, Ball Corporation, Dow Corning and WIS International. He earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix, and Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University.

Ralph DeMarco
As Chief Commercial Officer, Ralph DeMarco is responsible for aligning and driving the Company’s growth strategy across the enterprise so to achieve its overall growth objectives. Ralph brings to Signia Aerospace over 25 years domestic and international aerospace & defense industry leadership experience at top tier industry players. Prior to Signia, Ralph served as Vice President of Business Development at Smiths Group PLC (2016 – 2022), Sector Vice President of Sales & Marketing for L3Harris’s Aviation Product Sector (2011-2016), Director of Sales & Marketing at GE Aviation (2006-2011) and Managing Director of Global Sales & Marketing for Raytheon Technologies – Goodrich Aerospace (1995 – 2005). Ralph earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University and continued his post graduate studies at New York University in Electrical Engineering and Applied Mathematics.

Michael Kienitz
Michael Kienitz brings extensive leadership experience from academy companies including Intel, Honeywell, and Whirlpool, with a proven passion for building world-class organizations. At SunPower and YETI, his results demonstrated success in efficiently scaling companies to drive enterprise efficiency, improve cash flow, and grow profit margins.
As a trusted member of executive leadership teams, Michael has led businesses through successful transformations by aligning operations strategies with overall business objectives. Combining an adaptive, innovative approach with a collaborative leadership style, he has guided numerous high-impact initiatives recognized for reducing costs, reversing negative trends, and optimizing performance to establish market leadership in highly competitive environments.

Keith Bagley
Keith has served in leadership positions within Hartzell Aviation for nearly eight years, joining the Signia family as part of its 2023 acquisition. He has served as President of Hartzell Engine Technologies (HET), Quality Aircraft Accessories (QAA), and Hartzell Aerospace Welding (HAW), and has led several product line acquisitions. Prior to Hartzell, Keith spent 13 years with Pratt & Whitney in a variety of operational roles, including General Manager of its Columbus Forge facility. Keith earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine, an MS in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.

Cory VanBuskirk
Cory joined Onboard Systems in 2020 as President and Chief Executive Officer, and following its 2021 acquisition by Arcline, has overseen rapid growth — expanding the Mission Systems business to four brands and achieving a tenfold increase in revenue.
Prior to Signia, Cory spent 10 years at Goodrich, UTC Aerospace Systems, and Collins Aerospace in operations, strategy, and general management roles, including serving as General Manager of the same hoist and winch business later acquired by Signia in 2024. He began his career at Toyota Motor Corporation, where he spent 11 years in strategic supply chain, project management, and cost management roles. Cory holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing from Indiana University.

Andrew Wall
Andrew joined Signia in 2025 from TransDigm Group, where he held leadership positions including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Sales at Champion Aerospace, President of Arkwin Industries, and most recently President of Champion Aerospace. Earlier in his career, Andrew spent eight years at GE Power in manufacturing and quality leadership roles supporting power generation and gas turbine operations, and began his career as a Manufacturing Engineer with Bosch Rexroth. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business.
